How to speak at Council

Anyone can watch an Ordinary Meeting. Speaking at the public forum is a Council process, not something I can wave through.

Watch

Meetings are held at the Council Chambers, 44 Spring Street, Crookwell, and webcast at webcast.upperlachlan.nsw.gov.au.

The next Ordinary Meeting is Thursday 15 October 2026 at 10:00am. A public forum is listed for 9:30am if people have applied to speak.

Speak

1. Get the agenda from the Council website.
2. Fill in Council’s public forum form. You must name the agenda item and whether you speak for or against it.
3. Send it to the Chief Executive Officer at council@upperlachlan.nsw.gov.au by 4:00pm, three business days before the meeting.

A public forum does not always run. If nobody applies, it is cancelled. Check the Council notice before you travel.
